Rural Financial Services The component aims to facilitate and improve access to financial services by farmers and entrepreneurs to enable them to acquire necessary capital inputs for productive activities and necessary back-up support. It will fund activities like: (a) On-lending to BDFCL to enable it to create revolving fund and expand its re-lending capacity to farmers and entrepreneurs for profitable activities (b) strengthening to BDFCL capacity (c) conduct of staff training on various subjects and (d) conduct of beneficiary training on various subjects.
