The Meeting will be chaired by Dasho Dzongdag of host Dzongkhag, Yangtse. The PCCM will be bring together six Dzongkhags to basically endorse the Annual Work Plan &Budget (AWP&B) for the fiscal year 2010-2011. The work plan whch is with the facilitation office has been prepared in a highly participatory manner after thorough consultation with the six Dzongkhags. The participants will be provided with working Lunch and tea & snacks for the day. However, TA/DSA for the meeting will be made by the respective Dzongkhag. The management highly regrets to inform the prticipants that the logistic arrangemnts should be made by the participants themselves. Looking forward for your full participation !!! |
